Refund Policy

1. Digital-goods waiver

Pixelplots tiles are digital goods delivered immediately on payment. When you complete checkout, you check a box waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)). After that point, you are not entitled to a refund just because you changed your mind.

2. When we will refund

  • Double charge. If you were charged twice for the same tile due to a payment error, we refund the duplicate within ten working days.
  • Failed delivery. If payment cleared but your tile never went live due to a technical failure on our side, we refund in full or, at your option, deliver the tile.
  • Erroneous moderation. If we removed your tile for a content reason and you successfully appeal it, we either restore it or refund pro rata for the time it was offline (rounded up to the nearest day).
  • Chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your tile being suspended pending the dispute.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@aetheron.se with the tile coordinate, the payment reference (Stripe receipt ID or NOWPayments invoice ID), and a one- line description of the issue. We respond within five working days.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

Refunds for tiles paid in cryptocurrency are issued in the same currency, to the originating wallet, at the EUR-equivalent amount on the day of the refund. We are not responsible for exchange-rate variation between purchase and refund.
